Sylvia Boutte'

Sylvia is a native of New Orleans, Louisana and she is glad she relocated to Hampton Roads after surviving Hurricane Katrina. She has three children; two in the military and one an entrepreneur. In her previous job of 16 years, she became a System Support Specialist; with an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. She also owned and operated Call Me Ms 'B' Computer Repairs born of her belief that "Every home should have a computer". As Ms. 'B' she built & repaired computers for those who could not afford them. As a Real Estate agent her problem solving skills along with her caring are big assets for her clients. James Brown

A native of Emporia, VA, James was born and raised on a farm. Upon graduating from high school he joined the Military.  After serving his country, James continued employment with the United States Postal Service from which he retired in February 2004 after-seven years of service. James now works for the Hampton Sheriff Department and sells real estate part-time.  He is a father of one beautiful teen daughter. His hobbies include football and basketball, coaching basketball in his spare time.

Anthony Hicks

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Anthony Hicks finished High School and enlisted into the United States Navy in 1999. He went on to serve his country in Operations Enduring Freedom as well as Iraqi Freedom (2002-03) in the fight in the global war on terrorism. Always showing an intent in real estate dealings he went on to obtain his license in 2006 and has been given an oppourtunity by Partners in Real Estate. Anthony enjoys listening to and writing poetry, recording music, and reading romance novels. Mr. Hicks is currently an associate of Pre-paid Legal Services. He is happily married and the father of one vibrant young son. Since adolesence he has dreamed of helping families own homes of their own.
